Here are some of our White Tip Infusion recipes:
Pineapple Cinnamon
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1/4 fresh diced pineapple
2 sticks of cinnamon
Pineapple Ginger
1/2 bottle of Tiburon white Tip
1/4 fresh diced pineapple
Fresh peeled and diced ginger
Spicy Pineapple
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1/4 fresh diced pineapple
1 jalapeño pepper (remove seeds properly and wash)
Spicy Mango
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1/4 fresh diced mango
1 jalapeño pepper (remove seeds properly and wash)
Chocolate & Coffee
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
10 single cocoa beans
Let sit for 3 days at room temperature.
Add 1 teaspoon of flavored ground coffee to the liquor (vanilla/ caramel flavored)
Let sit for 1 day and then screen out beans and coffee
Prepare Homemade Syrup
Boil water 3 cups of water, then add 2 pot-size spoons of sugar, 1/4 cup natural honey & 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for a few mins. Then remove from heat to rest. Do not let it sit for too long or it can become watery.
Combine infused rum with syrup to your preferred alcoholic strength and it’s ready to drink.
Red Apple Cinnamon
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1 sliced red apple with skin
2 cinnamon sticks
Guava Pear
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1 Guava
1 pear
1/2 cup pink pear juice
Berry Basil
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
Fresh blueberries (5-10)
Fresh blueberries (5-10)
Fresh basil leaves (5 leaves)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Spicy Cucumber Basil
1/2 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
1 small sliced cucumber with skin
5 basil leave or add to taste
1 clean jalapeno (remove seeds and wash properly)
Add fresh lime juice.
Limoncello
3/4 bottle of Tiburon White Tip.
5 lemons
2 cups of water
1 cup of white sugar
