Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate robust relationships with proprietors of liquor stores, bars, and restaurants to strategically promote Tiburon Rum products.
- Conduct routine visits to existing accounts, ensuring consistent product availability, and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden our customer base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to uphold client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and monitor competitor activities to strategically position Tiburon Rum products in the market.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service while overseeing our tasting room operations, ensuring a positive and enthusiastic experience for patrons.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the rum industry
- Demonstrated trustworthiness and responsibility, characterized by a strong work ethic
- Positive and upbeat demeanor coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and cultivating enduring customer relationships
- Must have a valid driver’s license
